Back to school…Michelle Morris

After a great Summer with the children spent down the beach, it’s now time to kit them out again for the start of school. This year I’ll be going down to Depot Xtra to get everything I need in the one shop. Rymans have also got some great stationery deals on at the moment so I’m going to stock up now before they run out!

It’s not long until the kids break up for the Summer holidays, so I’m planning lots of day trips out for us now. To make sure they keep cool in the heat, I’ll be picking them up some sun hats and swimming costumes from H&M. I’ll also be visiting Deport Xtra’s toy section to stock up on outdoor games as well such as a Frisbee, bat and ball, as well as a bucket and spade just in case we decide to head to the beach!
Keeping fit…Michelle Morris

Being a fitness instructor, I’m always looking for ways to get my family fit, and Fathers Day is no exception! TK Maxx has a great selection of gym wear and equipment, all at great prices. I’ll be picking my Dad up a whole outfit and then dragging him out for a long walk on Father’s Day to make sure he burns off any beer he consumes during the England games!

I popped into Boots today and they have a very helpful holiday checklist in store. So if you are off on holiday soon then pick up a copy to tick off as you pack your bag!
It covers everything from first aid essentials to beach stuff! And what’s even better is everything on the list can be found in the Haymarket!

So make the most of the sunshine and get started on the garden! Plant some geraniums and give the grass a tidy up ready for the Summer ahead.
For the kids, why not visit Poundworld and purchase some fun outdoor play equipment to keep them busy.

I also popped along the following week to see the Home Styling show, which was great and gave me lots of ideas for my garden!

Easter is not just about the chocolate; it is a great opportunity to spend some quality time with family and friends.
Sundays wouldn’t be Sundays without some sort of delicious Roast Dinner. Why not invite the whole family around for some foodie fun. Pop into Somerfield to get all your favourite ingredients and cook up a real treat for everyone to make it an Easter Sunday to remember.
After dinner set up an Egg Hunt it’s great fun for all the family. Pop into Poundworld for a bucket of mini eggs then hide them around the house and garden, be creative with hiding places to make the game good fun!
Denim is all over the catwalkMichelle Morris

Denim is all over the catwalk for this summer, But if you think you cant pull off the denim look, your wrong . You just have to make sure you wear whats right for your size. if you are abit heavy on the thighs and bum but have a good pair of legs then skinny jeans with a long flowey top can really flatter your figure also pop on some heels to make your legs look slimmer and heels always helps you to feel sexy -) . Denim dresses with leggings can also be a good look, but if you really dont like the thought of denim then try just a denim jacket or maybe a denim bag to get you started. Also one important tip, when you buy jeans buy the right size that fits you even if you dont like what the tag size says, trying to fit in the wrong size can make you look bigger than what you are. -) looking good and feeling good is more important. H&M and Peacocks have some gorgous denim on the racks at the min and in all sizes. -)
