Now University has finished for Summer I’m planning on making the most of my time off and go on some city breaks in the UK with my boyfriend and a few friends. I have promised that in 2010 I will dedicate some me time each week. 

It may not sound like much but as I spend a lot of my time studying I feel like me time is something I need. 

It could be anything from taking time to put my feet up and reading a good book to having a face mask and doing my nails.  As long as its time by myself to do something to help me relax!

I am sure you will all agree this is something we should all be doing!
